Welcome to Ballyshannon Brass & Reed Band Est. 1899
Ireland has had a long tradition of brass and reed bands but few have stood the test of time as well as Ballyshannon.
Since its formation in 1899 it has had its ups and downs even seeing off two world wars , through the sheer will, determanition and love of music from all its members the band has prevaled.
It's soon to be celebrating its 110th birthday in 2009!

The band will be out in full swing on St. Patrick's day. You can see us down at the Bridge end at 1pm....
